It got some plaque I couldn’t see or feel, so I was very pleasantly surprised. The pick side was helpful to use with my permanent retainer, because the floss can’t get between the gap. I didn’t get much of a mint-y flavor at all, but the scent was there.

But unfortunately the floss breaks very easily. At times, I would have to use 2 or 3 at a time to floss my entire mouth.
