A burst of minty freshness is the sensation I'm tasting right away. The Glide floss pick initially starts out well and then starts to fall apart a bit with extended usage. Maybe it's my teeth and having tight spaces, but I'm usually using 2 floss picks to clean my mouth for top and bottom teeth. They fall appt or shred quite easily.
