It has earned the “glide” in its name. The flavor is refreshing and minty, but not overpowering. The back of the picks are a bit too flimsy to act as a strong pick, but suffice for most uses.

I have to use 4 to finish one flossing session because it keeps breaking. They do taste very minty and feel good but the constant breakage is frustrating
