I've been using floss pics every day and used to love your product out of all in the market. But lately already third or fourth pack that I'm buying from different stores it is not the same as it used to be. Just halfway to my upper raw of teeth it get loose, tearing up and breaking off. Sometimes I need to use 2 to 3 pics to finish my daily flossing. Please bring back the quality of your production. Thank you

The floss portion itself feels more sturdy than normal floss which is a bonus. The mint flavor is mostly a mild smell and doesn't really leave a minty flavor in the teeth. My partner said they tore too easily in his teeth. So taking his thoughts into consideration is give 3.5 ⭐/5. Personally it would probably be 3.5/5 just because I prefer the tooth pick side to be obscured in unless needed like other brands have managed.
