They work well at getting the food particles out from in between your teeth, and the pick end is handy for a stubborn food particle that just doesn't want to play nice with the floss. For me, it's the caraway seeds from rye bread.

I have been buying these for years but have noticed that the floss has changed. It is now shreds like traditional floss. I purchased another bag thinking it was just a bad batch but the second bag did the same. So disappointing and will be switching brands 🤷🏼‍♀️
