Even my kids use them because they love the freshness that it leaves in their mouth but it's not overpowering or spicy that they can't handle it.

I store them in several places, my purse, desk, car. I love that the bands are thicker, so they do a better job at cleaning, but they can shred. Sometimes I have to use two or three to get through every tooth. Aside from that, these are great in a pinch!

The floss itself is actually flat so it glides between teeth easily but you can trim it and pull up gunk from between teeth. Holds up pretty well to 15-20 flosses. I love the ones with the handles, so much easier to use.
