You can use the floss side once but continue to use the pick so it's a great value since you get so many. The flavor is minty fresh. I use them multiple times a day and have noticed a difference in my breath and mouth cleanliness. Would recommend.

The little tip on the end is perfect for getting food out of those hard to reach spots. The floss itself is smooth and easy to use, which is great since I have tight teeth. I use them after meals. Most of the time it glides through just fine, but it snaps sometimes, which can be a bit frustrating.
