They really get in between you teeth effortlessly removing food from your teeth. I love how it easily glides between each tooth. It’s flavored as well and the mint flavor is a nice touch without being overpowering. The mint flavor is perfect, refreshing, not too minty or sweet- one of the best mints taste items out there. I tend to get food caught in my teeth and am very self conscious about these so I use them all the time. The mint flavor leaves your mouth feeling refreshed after eating. The Glide floss slides easily between tight teeth, which makes flossing quick and painless. My only complaint is that the floss sometimes shreds or breaks, so I go through more picks than I'd like.
