I bought this a month ago, sent it up, and have not slept on it yet! That said, watching the video was better than reading the instructions. I had a bit if a problem fitting the center support rail, because if not put in properly, it will block a bolt-hole needed on each end. This also then means the center support attaches at a tiny angle. This actually adds compression strength./

Our GhostBed foundation was delivered quickly, easy to put together, and is the perfect height for our mattress. It feels very sturdy, and I like the fact that there is nothing that sticks out beyond the mattress edges. (I'm very good at hitting my shin on things that stick out.)

Fits inside our bed frame and works perfectly. Had trouble with the middle and not being sure how to attach it correctly (since it goes on what looks backwards) but watch the assemble video on the web site and figured it out. Overall very easy to put together

The mattress is much too firm for me and my husband's preference. The 101 day trial is very confusing and not explained very well. The foundation is non-refundable and the free pillows, if you decide to keep them, will be deducted from the refund of the mattress should you decide to return it. I wish I would have read the return policy more thoroughly before I decided to purchase.

I have been sleeping on it for about a month now, I will admit I was a little worried when I first got it. It was very firm and I thought it was going to be too hard for us. All I could think was man this isn't going to help at all. I have sciatic, hip and shoulder issues. I was wrong, it was everything I needed. Everyday I wake up having hardly moved, no more tossing and turning to fix pressure points I almost always fall asleep right away. This really is better than I ever hoped for. I came from having a 3k serta memory foam mattress.

We got this bed because its made in the USA and we needed a shorter bed for our older dogs. This bed is great! Doesnt squeak or make noises stays in place and looks great! Putting it together was super easy and all the parts are super durable. I love that you can change the height too! Works perfect for us and im excited to try the other products!

It is okay but not of best quality box spring I can say. The box spring cover given should be given to cover the complete box spring not just the top part of the matteress. If we have to just push the box spring the cover comes off from one edge and everytime it has to be lifted and pushed if we have to clean the house. Also the screw system needs to be improved.

Ok, so I know what your thinking ... another review blowing smoke. I am here to tell you the truth. So let me preface this by saying I originally did not order a GhostBed. I originally ordered another mattress which shall remain nameless, and due to horrible customer service and never actually receiving the product, I gave up and started looking online again. I was weary , but GhostBed blew me away!!!! Not only was their customer service AMAZING, but the product is just as fantastic. The communication was second to none, and the fact that it actually ships within 24 hours was awesome. I had ordered 6 beds from the other company and 10 weeks later I had not received our purchase. I ordered GhostBed 1 at a time just out of an abundance of caution, and had all 6 within 1 week! I can promise you that GhostBed is a reputable company, and the product is just as good as they say! I am a disabled vet with a spinal chord injury and have not slept well in years, despite having a 6000 air bed. I've slept on the GhostBed for 3 nights and been arising rested and ready for my day! My husband was always waking up not feeling rested along with back pain in our old mattress. Since having the ghost bed that has all changed! NO MORE BACK PAIN! We are absolutely loving our new mattress and will be getting one for our daughter in the near future!

The set up was a little complicated by the fact that it was not put in the box the way the directions stated but with work we got it figured out. The pegs were placed so we had to break them which was inconvenient. The cover doesn't fit correctly either but it works! It works for what we need.
