It is an okay box spring. It was kind of expensive for what I received. The cover only goes over the top so the underside of the box spring is exposed- which I don't really like because I have small animals that go underneath my bed. Otherwise it was pretty easy to put together if you have 2 people and an electric drill.

The foundation seems good and solid. I am very happy with it. Unfortunately, the “White Glove" service was not so great and I am left with trying to properly set it up myself which I am not really physically able to do. One leg was left off of a corner of the foundation and the foundation cover was not properly installed prior to attaching the legs. Ghost Bed did send me a replacement leg, but I have not yet been able to install it due to personal physical limitations. I’m a bit unhappy that I paid for a service to perform the setup that I knew I would not be able to do myself, and that service was not properly performed.

This went from an awesome bed to the absolute most comfortable bed I have ever had in my life. If you’re thinking twice about getting a box spring, don’t. It’s actually totally work it. My roommate and I put it together without any power drills as all. It’s a great bed.

It arrived a couple of days after my mattress, but all in a timely manner. The assembly was fairly simple. It provides excellent support for my mattress. I like the appearance of it as well, I opted to go with no frame and it has worked put really well. I may change my mind in the future, the presentation of it now is sufficient until I find the perfect fit for me.

We have went through a few mattresses in the past 8 years at our vacation home in Maine. It’s hard to find anything decent where we are up there. Did the research and made the choice to buy the Ghost bed and box frame. I have to say it was an excellent decision. Buying the bed set along with the mattress cover we finally had a good night sleep on vacation. Very comfortable and cool. The pillows included with the bundle are excellent as well. We would buy again when looking for a new bed for our home.

We assembled the frame per the vague instructions, crawled into bed and immediately heard a pop as we rolled to the middle. The middle bar busted. My husband worked with Ghostbed and they easily exchanged the frame for a new one (which already seemed newer and better) and we sent the broken one back. They also let us keep the extra legs for a taller bed which was nice. We aren't confident in the strength so my husband put a wood block in the center of the frame should it buckle again.

Before purchasing this mattress, I would wake up every morning feeling like someone had twisted me into a pretzel. Every single muscle and joint hurt. After just 1 week on my GhostBed, all that pain went away. After a month now I can't imagine sleeping on anything else. When I go over to my girlfriends house and sleep on her bed, all that pain returns. As soon as I come home and fall into the loving embrace of the GhostBed, everything is right again.

I really like how it is made of metal, if feels very solid put together. The only negative thing I have to say about it is the QR code on the instructions brings you to a video on how to set up a wooden one. So I just had to look at the paper instructions, and that worked out fine.

I don't normally like to give a review for at least 6 months. Truly what can you know about any product before 6 months. In reality you can't know much. But since Ghost bed needs me to answer right now or it's my last chance I can say. Shipping was fast, it was pretty easy to assemble but I could write more comprehensive instructions. Glad they had the video but it too lacked detail. The frame SEEMS solid, they give us the ability to adjust the height 3" which is nice. With regards to squeaking, if none of the plastic breaks I don't think squeaking will be an issue. I appreciate the fact there's no wood involved, wood on wood will squeak at some point. We were on a typical king bed foundation which creates a high center, this frame alleviates that issue. For longevity I know not for appreciation of build quality I say yes!

Hard to describe comfort on a foundation, but I feel it is very well constructed and feels very sturdy. However, I did have trouble putting it together as I am a senior citizen but eventually I was successful. Maybe color code parts or make part numbers easier to see? The height was just right and it fit into my current bed frame perfectly! The selection of mattresses and foundations you offer is a good varied selection. Not too many, not too little. Would definitely recommend this product.
