these are not the same that use to be in the store. they are not leak proof. looks like you can have the other one's shipped that said hold 8 cups

These ultra absorbent pet training pads are better than expected! Definitely do the job of training puppies, but also great to use in cages/kennels to keep them clean. Great size and multi-purpose. Also a great price which is an added bonus!

We bought these for our diabetic kitty who has occasional accidents. They absorb more than other brands we've tried with minimal leakage. The backing does keep it from soaking through for the most part. I would buy these again.

These were purchased for my older dog. I found them not to be that absorbent and seemed to be thin. The plastic on the bottom seemed to be slippery and some of the urine leaked thru. I found that I needed to double the pads for more absorbtion

I bought these today and tried them out on my 12 pound dog ( he is still learning how to potty outside). Like the other reviews, the pads are very slim and flimsy. Unfortunately, they did not hold all of his mess, and the pad slides! I do think these have many other uses so I will continue to use what I just purchased. They will be great under crafting things, keeping kids messes from going all over the place, and when I repot plants. Over all, I don't think they were bad, just not for the purpose intended.

Cheaply made. The quality has decreased over the years. They've changed twice in the last 6 months. Whyyyyy place the fold on the edge? They're difficult to lay flat & the dog pees near the edge & it rolls on the floor because of the fold. Grrrrrr....

These are not as thick as the old ones but the worst part is that they are folded on the outer edges which makes it near impossible to get use of the entire pad unless you run your finger along each fold on the edges of the pad...who has time for that???. So you lose about an inch on each side of the pad unless you want to take the time to unfold it. Perhaps my dogs are the only ones that like to use the edges of the pad (grrrrr!) but I doubt it. These are very similar, if not the same, as the ones I purchased from my local pharmacy.

NO longer same quality! Shame on U Sam's. No longer made in USA. Totally different product! Will No longer purchase. One less reason to have a Membership. Getting close to NOore reasons to have. I miss the quality of soo many previous products and am disappointed in quality of new purchases.

It's been almost 3 years since we had to order training pads but the first thing I noticed about these is that they are much thinner than what we had previously gotten. (we still had half of a box in the basement storage room) Something I have since noticed is that these are less absorbent than the other ones were, as I learned when I had to change one already and it didn't hold as well. All in all though, they are still a good value for the money, I just wish they hadn't changed them. Perhaps Sam's Club could get the Member's Mark to bring back the older style for larger or inconsonant dogs as a secondary option? In the meantime, I guess keeping the carpet cleaner handy is a good idea.

They had this one in stores, but then made it shipping only. This one is great. The one is stores looks similar, but is super thin, not absorbent, the pee always goes underneath, and they're so thin they fly around if you have a ceiling fan on. I hope they don't get rid of this one :(
