I'm angry because you didn't put the pads in larger box like you did the other paper products. All you did was slap a label on both boxes and sent them. The day FedEx delivered the order it was pouring rain and both boxes got soaking wet and fell apart. Not happy with Sam's or FedEx.

I bought these puppy pads for my shih tzu puppy, Mika. Pro: The pads are good quality and absorb a good deal of liquid. They are easy to take apart and lay on the potty area (don't stick together). The price is excellent at around $18 for 120 pads. Con: The pads are very small. Just because puppies are little doesn't mean the pad should be this little. My little gal sometimes misses when the pads are this small. I wish they were larger.

I do not recommend this Product. These pads are now very thin. They are not as Absorbent Pads as they once was. I even compare them with the latest box of the “Member’s Mark” Multipurpose Absorbent (puppy) Pad I had, left over, which those are thicker and more absorbing then newer box of “ member mark”. And besides, these are not the “Ultra” Multipurpose Absorbent Pads, that is being displayed on this survey, which is quite misleading. I am very dissatisfied with this product. And I will have to get a better brand than this. If I wanted to get a cheap made product like this, I can do better going to a Dollar Tree store. You must do better and stop cheating and misleading the Customers. “Member’s Mark”, show some Dignity and Respect.

I have been buying these for approximately a year and a half. There never used to be an issue with the urine that was absorbed in the top paper fibers would sweat through the plastic backing. That is no longer the case, I think the problem is two fold, first I think the amount of paper fibers that absorb the urine on the top portion have been slightly decreased and the pad does not seem quite as thick as they used to be, in addition, it appears that the plastic backing also is made of a thinner mill, which allows a urine to sweat through. I still endorse these pads as they are the best ones I found on the market however it’s disappointing that the company ( probably ) to save $2.00 per carton, decided to reduce the effectiveness of these pads.

I am very disappointed with this product. I was upset with my dog for missing the pads when she pees and it is actually the pads that are failing. They do not contain the liquid, they always leak through if a normal amount of urine is applied. I watched my dog pee on a pad I had just put down, went over to check and the floor underneath was wet. I had made sure it was dry when I put it down. This is my 2nd box that this has happened on. Also the 2nd box with the new packaging. I will not be buying these again. The older product was a 5, this is only a 1 because I an unable to rate it a 0.

Prefer old blue ybox with side holes for handles & find these pads not as absorbent— plus it's unfair I have to pay shipping on the previous pads in the blue box

Please bring back the other brand…these require more work to open, they don’t absorb as much and they are very thin. I purchased the other ones for years, please go back!

I have two small dogs(20 pounds each) that I have to leave inside for several hours on occasion. These pads do the trick. They hold solids and liquids. They make for easy cleanups.

These puppy pads are very good for the price. I’ve had NO issue with leakage. You get a lot in the box and that is a huge plus! They are good size pads & puppy seemed to gravitate towards these pads & has come to only use these.

I bough these puppy pads a month ago and they are super absorbent. I wish they were a bit bigger. They are very comparable to the brand name puppy pads that I have bought.
