Printer is fine. The HP printer App sucks as it requires constant printer restarts and re-installs unless you know the work-arounds. But, you already knew that and have chosen to not fix it.

It won't print docs, only pdfs I have to open hpsmart and then hp print in order to print. I didn't have these issues with my previous printer. plus hp changes ink cartridge size so I am forced to buy new ones. greedy

I love it I can actually do all my school paperwork and activities for my classroom.The color don't fade I'm really happy to make this purchase.Before I choose another brand and it was a mess thank you HP since I choose HP no issues it's perfect .

Never buy this thing. It’s slow, doesn’t print everything, has a separate set of cartridges at the beginning than ongoing and the cartridges cost you a fortune.

Printer is not able to print on both side. Tried multiple times. even i tried print and cut for Cricut, but this printer was flipping page but did not print on other side.

My printer is prone to disconnecting from the network at random times. I also get strange messages like "printer door is open" when the door is not open. Overall, I am not impressed. This is my third HP printer, but will likely be my last.

Printer works fine, ink is outrageously priced with no option to purchase off brand ink that is more affordable. Cheaper to buy a new printer than buy ink! Shame on you.

The printer stopped printing 3 months after purchase saying there was a paper jam with no paper jam and that the tray had an issue. There was no visible jams or tray issues.

Had to set up never got connected to the website to do the go printer cartridge . Reyes more than 5 times. My old HP that I’ve always paid to get printer cartridges for still works but is really old . Wish we had not gotten a new one

easy set up, easy printing for the first time. After a week of sitting inactive have had to reconnect to the Internet every time. Its kind of annoying.
