HP is in my opinion is the most user printer on the market. Along with the app and ongoing support from HP and ink I’m always happy.

I didn't like that i couldn't get rid of the code or to reset the wifi to work with my computer and the printer

She easy to connect to the network. Very quiet operation. This is an upgrade from a previous HP printer and it's a 30% improvement, which is good for me.

good printer, It reconnects to internet when internet is interrupted. Prints clean. I use it only for personal use, but having the ability to use both the 5mhz and 2.5 mhz is a big improvement for me

This printer worked great when I first bought it and then it wouldn't print. I spent hours on the phone with Tech Support and they had me reload the software over and over again with the same result. I finally gave up.

I have had the hardest time with this printer! Since I got it it keeps saying there is a paper jam! Also I can’t scan to print because of the paper jam warning.

Disappointed, it replaced my envy 5000series, the hook up was very difficult the copier is extremely slow and I really do not see quality and definition of copies like it should be

I’ve used the printer 5 times, already got a message that the ink was low. Ink was included with the new printer. And I’m suppose to get more free ink but I guess I have to get back in touch with HP!

This printer has exceeded my expectations. Set up was easy. I encountered no problems whatsoever. The only thing I can say is easy peasy. I also love the ink program. I don’t have to run to the store to look for ink. This is a great printer. The color is beautiful and printing fast.

It does not work with my HP Chromebook. Never did work. Too late now to return .
