Unsure about terms of monthly service. It’s not clear what happens if I exceed my monthly allotment. Do unused pages per month carry over?

Document feeder is good. Screen is small to see/tap. Have to tap too many times to start print. Slow printing speed

Printer wifi is glitchy when user is switched during a session. It seems to drop the wifi when another user logs on while the PC is on.

I like that the printer does two sided copies. I don't like how small the ink cartridges are (the ONLY reason I gave it a 4 star, and not a 5).

This is the most reliable home printer I have found. It is quiet, small, easy to use, and the output looks great.

It has not worked right but one time. It now only prints a vary light grey no black. How do i fix that? Atinks that o cant use it at all! Help?

Very easy to operate and the touchscreen is easy to see! We use it for everything from printing school work to workout programs

It’s slow, 2 sided printing not available, scanning on tray good, but cumbersome to get the actual scan. Less of a printer than my previous HP 5640

So easy to set up and I love all the different print options. Printing is clean and sharp. I really love this printer!
