I don't like the smell or taste and was pleasantly surprised to find a supplement that didn't have the taste, smell or aftertaste of fish. The “mini” is actual bigger than a Tylenol capsule and isn't as small as I expected. They recommend 3 minis as a serving. Considering I had zero intake of fish oil, I take just one of the mini as 400mg is substantially better than none. I haven't noticed any changes yet, but I know it's better for my health in the long run.
