So difficult to swallow for a lot of us. These are fantastic in size and no aftertaste! Feels so good to have “health in a pill” in an easy to swallow pill. The pills themselves are also pretty because they have a gorgeous blood red color. The product's claims are true; it does not give you a fish smell at all. It doesn't taste like fish either. I even bit one pill and it did not taste like fish! Because of their smooth texture and small size, they are easy to take. I've been taking them for a while and my skin has been looking nice. My nails are longer also.
