[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would be wary of taking krill oil or fish oil. This product comes in small soft gels of 400 mg so this would be better than taking a larger dose. Just be aware DHA and EPA are PUFAs just like linoleic acid in canola oil...except they have 6 double bonds instead of 3, making them even MORE unstable, causing fatty acid oxidation. consuming them in excess will increase your risk of diabetes, cancer, & neurodegeneration.

Although I take a multi-vitamin, I've seen where Krill oil offers many health benefits that the vitamins don't. I like that this Omega-3 source supports heart, brain, joint, eye, skin and immune health, which is so important to my over all health and well being..It does not have that fishy after taste that other fish oil softgels-which is a great feature!

I have tried several different fish oil supplements and had to quit after a while due to the fishy aftertaste. A friend of mine said to try the Kori Krill Omega-3. I was excited to try the Kori Krill Oil Superior Omega-3 400 mg Minie Softgels. They were easy to swallow and amazingly, I have not had the fishy aftertaste. No bad flavor whatsoever, no burping or gassy issues like the others I have tried. I am stoked about this product and its now become part of my daily regimen.

I love that they are nice and small to swallow admittedly you have to take 3 instead of one fish oil but much easier. I like that there is no after taste.
