They are mini pills and hence easier to take! These are way better than the fish oil gels that I used to take

My feet were swelling a lot but I needed to actually adjust my shoes and make them tighter because the swelling has gone down. I'm feeling a bit of a difference in my knees and they are not hurting as bad. My skin isn't as dry as it was either.

The way they designed the capsules also make them extremely easy to take. I think the only downside I've noted is that you need to take 3 pills vs only 1 of some fish oils so while not a big deal the jar is going a lot quicker

I found Kori Krill Oil - Mini 400 mg Softgels, 90 ct and I have found that I have fewer stomach problems. On average, my gas if cut in half from my prior usage. I feel that is a huge improvement.
