[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have added these vitamin to my routine for healthier skin and hair, I haven't taken them long enough to notice any physical difference but I'm sure over time I will. I got the small gel caps and they are easy to swallow! I also love the size of the bottle because it doesn't take up a lot of space like most bottles do. They do still have a fishy smell and they do not come with a child safety lid so anyone can open these no problem.

I love how small they are, and easy to swallow. They are easy to identify if you keep a lot of supplements together. The bottle shape and style is cool. They don't look like any of my other supplements at all. There is no fishy aftertaste.

However, found out if taking on an empty stomach that you can get a little queasy. Recommend taking with food.

There are many benefits of taking these. Covers so many health areas from heart, joints, brain, skin and eyes as well as my immune system. As someone who use vitamins and supplements on a daily basis i was so stoked to receive these. These little pills pack a punch when it comes to Omega 3 fatty acids. Which is something that i was missing from my daily intake. There is no fishy taste or burping up fish taste like other similar products. This is definitely a 5 star product!

The mini softgels are real easy to swallow. I have a problem with swallowing large pills so, this was great for me. Krill oil helps to support heart, brain, joint, eye, skin and immune health. This is one product you need to be taking every day. I would definitely recommend this product.
