I don't know the long term effects of this product yet. But I can say that if you are loking to take an Omega-3 product, this is easy to take without any side effects.

I do not get enough fish in my diet, so it is important that I supplement EPA and DHA. The mini softgel was easy to swallow and had no fishy aftertaste. I also appreciate that it has no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Three softgels daily provides the same as 2 weekly fish servings. The pills are easy to swallow, and does not give you fish breath after you take them. All in all this is a great product and really like using it. The only thing I don't like is the packaging. It's actually a really nice bottle, but I don't like the amount of plastic that is used for the bottle. I would like to see a smaller and lighter-weight plastic bottle used.

Its great for immune system in this pandemic times and other benefits include eye care, heart, brain and skin health. Krill oil is much better than regular fish oil in raising omega 3 levels in the body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These days the Standard American Diet is sadly lacking in Omega3s, and supplements are probably the easiest way to add them in for a healthy body. Traditional fish oils can leave a funky taste in your mouth all day, or even a funky odor coming out of your body. The Krill oil from Kori doesn't have these effects, so there is no need to feel self conscious about smelling fishy or having terrible breath. These are the best option I have found so far.

I also like that I can take less without having to cut softgels or try to find a way to use less of it. The quality of the ingredients is excellent and there is no fishy burps, fishy aftertaste or anything negative with it The sustainable claims are a nice value add as well.
