It hold heat great and my husband loved how good it worked

I bought this griddle....loved the idea to make many things, took the wrap out and read the lable...found the WARNING ⚠️....and it happens that Cousinart made a griddle and it has LEAD.....How in the world that is permitted..LEAD?? SO, i went to the store and returned it.

So glad I bought this for my charcoal grill works great. Wish I would’ve bought one sooner. We have done smash burgers, shrimp, vegetables, and steak for tacos Love it.

I only used it once and had to throw it away due to burnt on food that inbedded itself in the griddle. Tried to scraped, brush it, salt, soap, and baking soda and it would not come off. I even seasoned it 3 times in the oven before hand. I cooked pancakes on it with canola oil at low to med heat. It doesnt do well on a gas range as it heats unevenly. It has a very coarse sand paper texure where little pieces of material comes off. My Lodge pan is much better and has a more smooth surface.

This is a horrible product. I thought it would be seasoned and non stick but it was not and rusts from the slightest bit of water when cleaning. Visible the very next day.

Excellent way to keep your grill clean.
