Bought this for my husband and when he went to use it, he saw the packaging said it contained lead! Through it out! Waste of money. How is it legal to have lead on a cooking surface??? I even tested it with a home lead test and yes, it showed lead on all surfaces. So glad my husband saw this before we used it!

Seasoned it on the grill for awhile, once. The 2nd time it got heated up, was to use it.... let me say, my grill was not level and I lost my first egg to the grill bottom bc it just slid right off, and there was not a single sticky egg to my griddle plate.

Griddle is great to use for homemade biscuits. Enjoy using it when i double my batch.
