I recently used a reversible cast iron griddle plate, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite grilling tools

Wanted a new grill and considered one of the griddle grills. Ultimately decided to buy one of the traditional propane grills. Bought this griddle plate to use (as needed) with the new grill. Worked out well. Now I have the option of either the traditional or griddle experience.
