They are easy to chew and have a good consistency which is nice because they don't stick in my teeth either. These are perfect for people who enjoy gummy vitamins. I take these every day and think they are a very good supplement to take. Great product I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like these! In general, I avoid taking vitamins for the sole reason of having a bad stomach. Vitamins always make me nauseous! I have taken these at night with food in my stomach and have not had any issues so far. They have a strong taste, heavy in citrus and I can taste the after-math of vitamin after chewing, but still much better than a regular vitamin pill. They are more dense than a candy gummy as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] *I received these in exchange for an honest review* So I decided to take these everyday for almost a month before leaving a review about them. I don’t take any other multivitamins, and I really liked these. I strongly recommend getting blood work done to see if you’re deficient in any vitamins. I learned that I had vitamin B deficiency and have low iron levels. After taking these vitamins, I do believe there was an improvement. Normally, I struggle to wake up early and stay awake. Im constantly fatigued due to my low iron/folate levels and while taking these, I’ve noticed I’m waking up very early and I don’t feel fatigued first thing in the morning anymore. Also, due to my low vitamin b12 levels, I had a bit of geographic tongue/glossitis. I did some research and read that vitamin b12 supplements can help this. I really didn’t think it would, but after taking these multivitamins, it’s helped so much, and I’m pretty sure it’ll completely go away as I continue to take these. As somebody who doesn’t have the best diet, having these multivitamins has definitely made a difference. But if you’re somebody who gets all your necessary vitamins through healthy eating daily, then maybe these won’t make a huge difference. Also, the flavor is pretty good too.

As a family of 4, we can go through a lot of medicine and vitamins. The taste is also very yummy. Even my kids like to eat these- I only give them half of the adult dose. I haven’t noticed any health benefits from taking these, but also have had no negative side effects either. I would recommend these vitamins and would purchase in the future.
