This is such an easy way to take the multivitamins needed as you get older. There is enough in the bottle that I don't have to shop every week, and they have a great taste. Feeling healthier already.

Better than some name brands as more 'normal' amounts of vitamins - I recently discovered my previous name brand vitamin had 500% of the RDV of a B vitamin and it was causing an issue for me heathwise.

Sometimes you get tired of swallowing pills. We take a lot of vitamins/supplements, so it's nice to break it up. They also taste very good. Nice and citrusy
