The quality is absolutely incredible, it’s crisp, it’s clear, the colors are phenomenal and there’s actually settings to change up the display and coloring if needed. The remote is efficient and easy to use and it has all your favorite streaming services on the remote to open with the click of a button! It also has all the streaming services directly on the home screen when you turn on your tv as well, super easy to use. Love love love this tv and have been telling all my friends about it.

The picture and sound is great and has many different settings on the tv and for apps! The remote even has buttons for certain apps!

Once you plug in the TV there are easy to follow prompts to get set up quickly. Easy to connect to WiFi. It was very easy to connect to my streaming apps. Picture quality is very sharp! Sound is also high quality. Very happy with this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am amazed by the visual quality of this TV! I can play 4K games at full Hz with no visual lag or degraded performance. This was an upgrade from my former 4k TV which started lagging frequently. Additionally, this TV is super slim and looks very nice in my game room. As far as features goes, the streaming features are top notch. Streaming 4K HRD movies is a breeze and makes entrainment for guests so much easier to handle. Although the navigation and settings are weird for me , it didn't take long to learn how to properly use the TV

I let my kiddos play there night time games on it after they finish up their school work, I think I'll surprise them tonight with popcorn and a nice couple of fall movies from Netflix or Tubi :) the quality is great, one of the best televisions have owned!

I was excited about this TV because it’s our first smart TV and we are definitely not disappointed. While we haven’t set up a lot of streaming services yet, we have enough to know we should’ve done this a long time ago! Aside from now having more viewing options, this is a great TV! My husband and I are 65+. He had no trouble unpacking it — it was packaged very well, eliminating the possibility of damage — and no problem moving/lifting it to place on our TV stand. It took him no more than an hour to set up, from opening the box to sitting back to enjoy watching a basketball game. My daughter did have to help out briefly at one point, clarifying something in the directions, but aside from that, set-up went without a hitch. Once you’re connected, the on-screen prompts walk you through the remainder of the set-up process. And it’s very easy to use. The remote is simple and intuitive. I was actually surprised at how easy it was change settings. Being able to change the Picture Mode back and forth quickly and easily was a revelation and extremely important for us! A family member has sensory issues, so if the screen seems too bright, it’s very simple to change it temporarily. Also, the picture quality is excellent - sharp and “crisp”. The sound is great, too. We don’t have a soundbar or elaborate system, but we don’t find anything lacking in sound and volume control — also important in terms of sensory issues. And perhaps most important for me personally is being able to set a sleep timer!!! I usually fall asleep with the TV on, and being woken up at 4:00 AM by a loud commercial was getting really old. There are quite a few features we haven’t explored yet, but I can say, after almost a month of viewing, that this television meets and exceeds any expectations we had, and I highly recommend it.

I literally bought this 11/29/2024 (Black Friday) and got home and it looks like a great quality tv but seems slow for it being new then also it would just power off for no reason and keeps on resetting everything to where I have to sign back in every-time I go to turn it on, not very happy with this tv I will be returning.

Volume display disappeared so now I have to guess the volume. Had to factory reset the tv for it ro appear, after a while, it disappeared again. Can't find anything online about the issue. Excellent internet in the house, the tv started to slow down.
