[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've been using Cetaphil for years. I have eczema abd si does my daughter. This product has worked well for us both in keeping our skin moisturized. I do however wish it didn't smell like play doh. Sometimes no scent is a scent.

Cetaphil, I understand the changes you made and on paper it looks great with the B3 etc., however in reality this formula is less moisturizing than your old one. Perhaps because niacinamide can be drying. I have been an advocate for this moisturizer for over a decade - because of me all of my family and many of my friends and ex boyfriends etc use Cetaphil cream. I used to constantly get compliments on how soft my skin was by anyone who even brushed up against it. This new moisturizer does not leave that same deweyness on the skin, and is not very moisturizing. Even your previous lotion at this point is more moisturizing than this cream. Please reformulate to make this more like what it used to be.

I'm always oj the hunt for a thick moisturizer especially living in Colorado. it's so dry here so I can't live without creams and lotions. this stuff is great and doesn't make me greasy

I used to use and LOVE Cetaphil ‘s old formula that came in a blue lid jar. It was AMAZING! Better than any other expensive and high end cremes at luxury department stores. I turned so many people on to it and we all stopped buying it since the green lip formula has replaced it. The old formula was great for the face especially for dry, sensitive skin. This new formula is so greasy that I cannot use on my face anymore. I’ve tried all other Cetaphil facial moisturizers (day/night, with/without SPF) and NONE compares to the blue lid formula. Bring it back! Your customers will come back too!

I also used it for my heels which have been dry it’s so nice to feel them cause they’re smooth! Love it and look forward to finishing up the tub!

I’ve been using this location for a few days now and I could say that I feel immediate relief to my dry skin, I’m hoping over time it will hydrate my skin but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs extra moisture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have Keratosis Pilaris on my arms and I do need to moisturize a lot throughout the day. This is perfect because it won’t clog my pores, which would cause even more bumps. It also has a soft to mo smell at all. And it does hydrate my skin

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This creme is not oily and a little goes a long way. It does have a nice scent. I am currently pregnant and I put it on my stomach I'm not sure if it prevented stretch marks but it definitely made my stomach feel very smooth. It also took away my dry skin right away. I feel like this is definitely a great quality lotion and I'm so glad that I got to try it. I really loved the way it made my skin feel after using it and will continue to use it.

Devastated that the formula was changed. The blue lid Cetaphil moisturizing cream was a lifesaver for my sensitive, troubled skin. Is there any chance you'll bring it back? Begging on behalf of myself and everyone I recommended the original to who loved it. I've wasted so much money over the years on skincare that made my face erupt, but my Cetaphil was the one product I could always count on.
