I purchased this product as my DR. recommended it for my Sierra desert dry skin. I am in the swimming pool for at least a 2 hrs everyday (water aerobics) plus I'm diabetic. The first time I applied a couple of hours after a shower and 30 minutes later I can't stop itching. Little hive bumps apeared. My hands were swelling and on fire. I actually blamed it on my skin being so dry. The next day I do the same routine but only apply to the trouble areas. Again my hands swelled & felt like they were on fire, lil blisters appeared. I took a benadryl to help because I couldn't wash it all off. Today thinking it's just a fluke. I apply to a different area of my body, I've never applied to before. My feet. As of right now my feet and hands are on fire, itching & burning. I will no longer use this product. Obviously what ever your using in the ingredients suck. I've never ever had and allergic reaction to a body Cream or lotion in my 44 years. Especially a product that is non scented. It's also designed to help with dry itchy skin. I'm not sure what to do with a practically brand new tub of cream. I can't believe I spent that kind of money on something I can't use.

I have been using it right after I shower and when needed as well and I have seen how my dry, cracked skin, slowly has been getting more hydrated. This Moisturizer Cream from Cetaphil is super rich, nice and thick yet it absorbs so well into my skin. My skin just drinks it when applied, lol. You would think you would feel really greasy all over for a while when applied but no. It absorbs quickly and leaves my skin that is dry, very dry & sensitive hydrated for hours. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This moisturizing creak is super thick. It does the job pretty good. I usually applied it after my shower. It doesn't have a scent to it which is good if you are allergic to that. I will continue using it, especially on my feet overnight. I would recommend trying it out.

I purchased this product at the warehouse club in my area. It came in a jumbo size and had a sample size with it. I had given the sample size to my boyfriend to use on his scar. It works well, absorbs quickly and is not messy at all. This is a definite for dry skin that is also sensitive.

I usually apply it right after I get out of the shower to truly lock in all the moisture. It doesn’t feel slimy/sticky and dries pretty well while keeping my skin moisturized!

The new formula is terrible. I used the old formula for over 30 years.The addition of CARBOMER breaks out my skin. I've had to start using hydrocortizone on my skin to clear the hives and redness. And of course, stop using the cream. (Which isn't good for your skin as it thins the layers.) Please bring back the old formula. I've seen a lot of reviews that are requesting you bring back the old formula.

Really kept my skin moisturized through the day and didn't feel like I needed to constantly reapply or getting too dry over time. Also doesn't have a heavy scent to it but just enough. I would totally purchase this again and like the size it comes in.

I've used Cetaphil for over 10 years and it was the only thing that moisturized and didn't irritate my incredibly dry, sensitive skin on my face. The new and improved formula has completely ruined my face cream. The new formula makes me break out in whiteheads and still leaves my skin feeling tight and looking flaky and dry. It's garbage.
