Not extra durable

The scrub does not lasts long, it wears out for the first use even on a smooth surface.

reply from Mr Clean

Thanks for reviewing my Extra Durable Magic Eraser Scrubber Sponges. It may help to remember that every Magic Eraser works like a pencil eraser. You use it to rub out mistake, or stubborn marks that typical cleaners just can't erase. As you use the Magic Eraser, it will wear down, just like a pencil eraser does. Get the best performance and longest use out of every Eraser by dampening it and holding it as flat as possible as you rub away those stubborn stains. My Team and I are here to help every Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Give me a call at 1 (800) 867-2532.

I aim to impress you with my Magic Erasers, so I'm sorry to learn of your recent experience. My products go through extensive quality testing to ensure optimal performance and results, so I wouldn't expect you to be disappointed. While you may have already done so, the Eraser must be wet to work, and for large areas and tough soils, you may need to scrub for longer than usual. Older, dried-in stains may also take longer to remove. I'd like to learn more and help you best, so please give my team a call at (800) 248-1612.
