reply from Mr Clean

We're sorry to hear you didn't have the experience you expected, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best. We hope it helps to know, Magic Erasers are designed to break down much like pencil erasers. The amount of pressure applied, as well as how rough the surface, can affect how long they last. We'd like to help you get the most out of your Mr. Clean so when you have a chance, please reach out to us at (800) 248-1612.
