The AC outlets are not grounded so no 3 prong plug can be plugged in. I bought a useless anchor all of my appliances have 3 prong plugs this has none.

We are in a house in the mountains of CO, very windy day. Power just went out with the car in the garage. The door is solid wood and weighs hundreds of lbs. My wife is there alone, and needs to pick up our Son from school. She plugs up the Mini to the garage door opener and can now get out of the garage no problem. Solving real world problems! I cant say enough good things about this compact, powerful power station.

We bought this for an off grid cabin, but also use it at home. It is AMAZING! Firstly, it's lightweight for what it is, so ideal for people who want to charge it at home and then bring it to another location. It holds the charge well and powers things for a really long time, and charges up super fast compared to the competition. It's also rugged (our cabin is lake access only, so lots of bumps and jostles for it to get there). Last night the power went out at home when our team was in the 3rd quarter of a tied football game - we plugged the internet and TV into this, watched the rest of the game, and then still had 10 hours left on the battery. I can't say enough about how great this is.

Power stations are very expensive so I looked into many different products from different companies. I am so glad I found this Delta mini. I wanted to use a hair dryer but most of the power stations that are large enough to make this much power are very expensive and heavy, so I can not lift them . This company’s customer support is amazing. I do not know how many emails I sent to them asking about the product and they responded right away or within one day. Finally I decided to buy this product and it came in a nice secured box and it was very organized in the box . The solar panels are not too big and are easy to handle. I am so glad I bought this Delta mini . I tried using my hair dryer, and an electric blanket, and it worked perfectly. I can not wait to go to camping to use this product . If you are still not sure which power station to buy, I highly recommend Delta mini. I think you’ll be impressed.

Stopped charging from AC outlet after 3 months, currently have a red battery icon on panel indicating battery is drained. Awaiting customer service to replace under warranty, but customer service is non responsive via ecoflow app and email response is still pending.
