[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used samsung products from tvs. To smartphones to their watches And never had anything bad to say about Them and I will always use samsung products but most of all their tvs have always been the best from day one and will still be on top.

For the last two months, I thought my Samsung TV was great until I had an issue with the TV. This is a Samsung issue not mine. I'm watching the TV one night TV just goes black all of a sudden I cannot log into my account because I have a new phone number in my old phone number is linked to the account so when I try to change to my new number, it tells me I have to wait two weeks for a number change verification, which means I have to wait 14 days for my number to be verified then probably another however long I'm not sure for the repair team to actually get the mess come out so I will potentially be without a TV that I pay all that money for for possibly up to a month for a Samsung issue so right now I am very very unhappy. But what I will say is when the TV was working properly, it was probably one of the most awesome things I ever bought.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV works beautifully I really love this TV without any kind of issues, you can adjust the picture to your liking and it isn't hard to figure out. This is a TV that I would definitely purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of movies, so this TV is perfect for movie watching, I added a sound bar to it, it's the best! It looks good in any room, one in my living room and one in my bedroom! Clear picture, comes with plenty of channels itself!

If I knew how difficult it would be to navigate the poorly designed interface with the wretched remote control that they give you, I would never have bought this tv. The picture quality is good though. I did not return the tv because I have been having health problems, otherwise I would. I think Samsung shot themselves in the foot with this third rate remote control, I just can't believe they did something this stupid.

I enjoy the fact that the operating system now allows selecting my cable package just like a streaming app. My other Samsung requires switching inputs or moving to app selection. The picture is excellent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming as well as playing games on my Playstation 5. The quality of the picture is perfect and can be adapted for gaming mode. The sound quality is nice. The only downfall I have is the remote size which has nothing to do with the quality of the TV itself. I became accustomed to the standard Samsung remote and was shocked to see a different design. Not bad but definitely more compact and more likely to misplace it.

With that being said this is mainly used by my kids who like to watch their own shows and flip between apps fairly quickly. The good thing is it get you to the home page really quickly, not sure why it takes about 20-40 seconds to boot and app. So switching from Netflix to YouTube will take a bit. If you are okay with waiting. Get this tv.

Nice tv for the price only thing is sound is kinda low need a soundbar to help boost the soond, the power cord can easily slip out of the tv it should have been made to snap in place or something to hold it in place I have had to push the power cord back into the tv several time

TV is great, good color, easy to hook up. The controller for this TV is a n nightmare to operate, Samsung you need to make a remote control that is a lot easier to operate, it is small and light in a person's hand, but i will take a 1lb remote that would be easy for a 70+ boomer to operate. If I would of known it was to like it is presently, I would of bought a competing brand, one with a simple remote, not one designed by a PHD computer nerd who is completely unqualified and doing the unnecessary to do a simple function.
