Picture is great if and when I work through the maze of selections and questions. My eyesight is getting worse and all the small print on the icons is very challenging. Purchased a voice remote but it still asks question on screen. I have.considered bring my unsmart tv back..

My home is completely furnished with Samsung products every room and the greatest thing about Samsung is everything is synchronized its absolutely fabulous. Samsung always has the most recent updates and always adding new features and protecting the consumer from hackers and viruses. Keep up the awesome work Samsung. Highly recommend. My TV is wonderful never an issue and last along time.

I love it's individual features, like the nifty Netflix, Disney, etc buttons the remote control. The crystal clear screen resolution. Being able to control the TV with my phone, is kind of the best part. Our remotes get lost often😁.

I bought this tv 5 months ago and it has been nothing but trouble ever since the programming will not stay you have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in for it to register. I have updated it That was asked and it continues to not stay on course always asking you to troubleshoot every time you turn the TV on.

Cristal clear Pictures, not as sharp as Qled but I like it that way, Led sometimes is just to bright and sharp and no worries about burn in. Would I buy it again, absolutely

Even though it is not a QLED it has a very good picture. It was easy to set up and program. Price was very reasonable. Samsung Plus is one of the best live tv options of any brand. I speak from experience as this is our second Samsung tv. We also have a 65 QLED. Samsung has one of the highest quality ratings in the industry and you can never go wrong when you spend your hard earned money on one.

I FOUND SAMSUNG PICTURE QUALITY TO BE ONLY AVERAGE. THE TV IS NOT GENERAL USER FRIENDLY. IT WAS COMPLICATED TO CONNECT MY ROKU STICK AND IMPOSSIBLE TO MARRY THE REMOTES MAKING ME HAVE TO HAVE ACCESS TO A PERSON THAT IS TECH SAVVY. A TV SHOULD GENERAL USER FRIENDLY. ALSO, THE REMOTE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!! WHO EVER HEARD OF A REMOTE THAT DOES NOT HAVE A LIGHT IN THIS DAY AND AGE?? I THINK THAT SAYS SOMETHING ABOUT SAMSUNG THINKING. I bought this a few months ago. The menus and software are an improvement over the 3 other older Samsung TV's I have. The remote control is improved and easy to use. The settings menu for changing settings is slow though. Samsung TV and its guide are nice and easy to use.

I bought the TV for my bedroom and I have throughly enjoyed the picture quality and ease of the features it offers. I always bought Samsung brand and it does not disappoint. This was the best purchase I made for my new bedroom and relaxing at the end of my day.
