So far I like my Samsung tv, but I hate the remote controller. It is very hard to navigate. Sound quality not good and very few options to improve it. Speakers are in back of tv.

Picture suddenly turned black

98DIKO, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. NOT GOOD

I HATE IT. can't get the channels I want unless I go thru direct tv which is too expensive. NO PLACE TO PUT A FIRE STICK EITHER. Remote is a piece of s___t.

The TV also supports streaming apps and traditional cable providers, though subscriptions are often necessary. The DU6900 TV does support the Amazon Fire Stick through a USB port on the TV. Amazing

Love everything about this TV, the size is perfect, the colors are amazing, the speed to switch from tv to Hulu. It has all the connections that I need. Free TV channels.

Picture quality is just ok

It has all of the features but none of them work..

I bought this TV about 4 months ago I absolutely loved it!!!! 4 months later it just stopped working. I am very disappointed and I will never buy it again.... Hi
