At first my wife complained that it was too big but now we can't imagine using anything smaller. The TV looks amazing for the price but be aware of ocasional software issues where apps stop working and you are forced to power cycle the TV. If it wasn't for the software glitches I would give this TV 5 stars without question.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the Samsung DU6900 and I'm pretty happy with it. The picture is sharp and colors look really nice, especially for a budget 4K TV. It's great for streaming and movies, and the built-in apps run smoothly. Setup was quick, and the remote is super simple to use. It's not amazing in really dark scenes, and the picture fades a bit from the sides, but overall, great value for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming and gaming with my computer and playstation. My main issue with this TV is it does not play well with some steaming service controls, for instance Paramount plus often gets stuck in Live TV mode and the is no way to back out, even leaving the app and coming back it sticks there till the TV powered off. It came with very little in the way of instructions for operation. Also fast forward is real glitchy and hard to use. Also it doesnt play nice or consistent with add on speakers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV because my vision and hearing is starting to get worse. This TV has quality picture and sound which is very helpful for me. I do find navigation frustrating, with it being my first Samsung TV I expected a smoother experience. This TV has way too much going on in the background. When I turn the TV on I expect to see a simple menu allowing me to choose what app I intended to open when I sat down. This one is pure chaos of noise and choices. When I turn on my PlayStation I expect the TV to recognize the PlayStation has been turned on and respond appropriately. This TV requires you to go to the game mode manually, it doesn't turn on and off with the PlayStation. But when the PlayStation is the last thing I've used when I turn on the TV it automatically goes to game mode and turns on the PS5, so I have to turn off the PlayStation manually and then switch to the home screen and out of game mode just to watch TV. My previously owned Vizio understood when I turned on the TV I meant to watch TV. It understood when I turned on the PlayStation it knew I meant to use the PlayStation and went directly to it. The Samsung remote, in their quest for simplicity, made a remote that is useless. The color dot button is not helpful. It could use a game mode button, menu, etc. The physical user manual and the one on my TV isn't specific to my TV. It's very confusing. It has good wifi connection. Price was good.

I love my TV the only thing I don't like about it is the sound. I wish there was a way to have it Amplified a little more my husband and I are in our late 60s and we are having trouble hearing it. We have to turn it up to almost full volume to be able to hear some of the movies .

*Samsung please post this review everywhere* First I'd like to say its still hard to believe how amazing Samsung TV's are. I replaced all my TV's with Samsung and its quality across the board for every size and model. Samsung TV channels are by far my favorite feature and I remember when it first started and they didnt have many sponsors. Now the free channel catalog has grown and its an unmatched feature. Let alone the overall quality of the TV's themselves. The menus are so responsive and easy to navigate and feels like I am on a super user friendly computer. No lag between selections or loading, that is a problem all other TV brands have. I tell family and friends and now posting it here. Get a Samsung TV, its like a constant reminder of your good investment that brings content joy to my family whether its a tv show here an there or streaming my phone or computer to it. Thank you Samsung for making products so well that I cant say enough good things about them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for the bedroom. Picture is great, sounds a lil week but what can u expect from a thin flat screen, thats why we got a sound bar. Controls are intuitive and easy to navigate. Other then sound as expected.. the amount of inputs is lacking. Have to many devices and had to get a hdmi switcher. But hey. I have 4 game consoles and fire stick and blurry player... I get it its alot. I would definitely recommend and buy again.

Our Samsung TV picture is good, thus the two stars, however the sound quality is AWFUL!!! We have to turn up the volume until it's almost at max and many times I'll put my AirPods in for better volume. So so unfortunate as now we have to spend additional dollars for a volume boost bar and speakers so this purchase was no deal at all!!!

I have own this brand tv for many years and no issues with them and usually outlast homes or apartments lived in. He is into gaming and the clarity and with fiber optic service makes a good tv even better. Nothing to complain about with this brand and I plan for it to last at least ten years as they usually do.
