Remote

Had it a month and the remote control only works the volume now

None, We appreciate your feedback on the Samsung DU6900 TV. We are very sorry to hear the remote is not functioning properly. If you have not already done so, please try replacing the remote's batteries. To open the remote, flip the remote over, press down firmly, and slide the back cover down in the direction of the indicators. Sliding the backside on the remove toward the indicators will expose a small gap on the front side of the remote. The exposed gap allows for easy gripping of the back cover so that the back cover can be removed. If you need further assistance, we would be happy to help!
