[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is great for ever day use and has a great quality/prize ratio only problem would be lagging that occurs some times when first turning on, the lag only last for a min which some times can be annoying, but in general this tv is great.

This is the worse tv I've purchased in awhile. Samsungs move from android tv software to their own is awful. AirPlay doesn't connect well. Having my pc and Xbox and swapping inputs is also a hassle. I have never been more disappointed in a Samsung product, which is unfortunate because I had nothing but praise until now. I spent more l and wish I bought a fire tv or any other smart tv brand.

The picture and overall resolution is great. The start up instructions were not included but online. I guess we're a bit old school and like an instruction manual. The one thing that is still difficult to master is the remote and channel changing. We have not yet figured out how to designate our favorite channels or to select a channel without scrolling through the whole thing.

I would not choose any other brand! This Smart Tv is the best thing I ever bought myself other than my animals ;)))) I live out in a RURAL Area and was never able to see TV Shows or see many movies.. once I purchased my tv, I got free movies n tv shows free! I love my Samsung TV. It shows a beautiful picture, the picture is crystal clear. Resolution is great, connectivity was easy. We've had the TV for about 4 years and it's still going strong. I have another Samsung TV that I've had for 15 years and it is still showing a beautiful picture. Samsung is one of my 😍 favorite product makers in all household appliances.

I am very disappointed my husband's earing aids would not connect to the tv. There was no port to plug the miracle ear box to the tv. I wasted my money on this tv. My husband has to have the tv up louder than he would have if the port was on the tv. Overall disappointed!!!!!! Totally regret buying the tv.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is not my first or my last purchase for Samsung TVs. In my opinion I get a great picture for a great price. I've tried other brands and always run into one issue or another and Samsung has never gave me any issues.

Pretty good TV, except for when it randomly blips black and white lines all the way down the middle and/or to one side or the other in a window that's about 3-4 inches wide, spanning from the top clear to the bottom of the screen......also, there are times when we cannot get the remote to let us just flip through our antenna channels like we're supposed to be able to do, even when we've rescanned for those channels numerous times. We've figured out a way around that, but it's still annoying. Other than that, the picture is great and it's not too big, but not as small as our former TV(27").

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is as good as you could ask for. The 4K is crystal clear and it integrated right up with my Alexa and SmartThings. I highly recommend this TV if you're not getting top of the line such as QLED or OLED.

I chose Samsung because I have purchased other TV & audio products by Samsung in the past. I am not disappointed at all. The picture quality of my TV is superb and connectivity set up was easy and flawless. Resolution is very clear and the programs being viewed are almost life like. The refresh, for me, seems is instantaneous and there are no hiccups. As far as TV & audio I will always consider Samsung my premium brand.
