[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The interface is slow, difficult to navigate, not recommended for older population as there is too much onscreen, app are slow and often times crash.

The response time for the remote is extremely slow. It will constantly show popups telling me how to navigate while I am watching a channel. The remote is difficult to use and the slow response of the TV just aggravates trying to navigate.

I love the display, but sound isn't very loud, and I have to unplug the tv everytime I use it just to get apps like prime video to work…had the tv less than a year. Other than that it's a great tv
