[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last mattress was less than four years old and an expensive and highly recognized brand with great reviews, but it didn't come anywhere close to my Stearns and Foster. My nagging morning backache went away with my new mattress and I have truly rested so much better immediately after I got my Stearns and Foster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We stayed at a vacation rental and had a really comfortable sleeping experience (especially since my back is usually in pain during and after a rental stay). We removed the sheets from the mattress to see what type it was (Stearns and Foster). As soon as we returned from our trip, we ordered our new mattress from Stearns and Foster and are extremely happy with our purchase. It is super comfortable!

NOT part of a promotion. I have had Steven’s and Foster mattresses in the past and have always thought of them as a premium mattress. So I’m looking for a mattress again and I can’t get past any reviews that were “part of a promotion.” Well that’s great. I’d love to be part of a promotion too. But can I either get not part of a promotion reviews of this particular mattress or be a part of a promotion? That would be great, thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our new mattress now for a month and it's more comfortable than our last one. We can feel that it is getting a little softer and I don't wake up with a back ache like I did with our old mattress.

This mattress is so comfortable I fall asleep so fast and I wake up pain free. No hip or shoulder pain. Love my new bed. So glad we made the investment.

Looking to rotate the mattress and shifting sleep positions for further determination. Just not what I was expecting. Waiting another 30 days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second S+F mattress. Our first one was a great mattress but was ruined by our movers during a move and thus had to be replaced. We bought a mattress from a different manufacturer and after several years had to have it replaced because it was sagging. We bought another S+F mattress and are finally sleeping so much better again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My experience was unexpected. I ordered on July 4. A month later I received notice that my mattress would be delivered the next day. I was thrilled. The next day I received a call telling me that my mattress was ruined by a lift truck. So I expected that Sterns and Foster would jump on it and rush a new replacement. A month later I hadn't heard from them, not even and I'm sorry. Then I started calling and calling. They have a computerized operator that that can't answer anything, when you ask for a real person it takes three requests to get someone. Then you go on hold for twenty minutes and then they transfer you, guess what more than twenty minutes. After six weeks I get connected to their escalations team which is very good at not telling you what is going on and when to expect my purchase which was fully paid for a month before. On Sept 28 my mattress finally came without one word from the factory nor even an " I'm Sorry". Well even though I love my new mattress, I guess I'm the only one who will say , "I'm Sorry" that I didn't cancel six weeks ago. Sincerly, Phil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I guess we didn't realize just how shot the old mattress was until we spent a few nights on the new one. It is amazing. We only made one mistake: when the white glove service guys offered to take it upstairs we should have let them. This is one heavy mattress! We huffed and puffed it upstairs, got it in place and dropped onto the thing. My wife and I agree that we are too old to ever do that again. Advancing age of the occupants aside, the Lux Estate medium is a great night's sleep.

This is my 3rd Sterns and Foster purchase! After major back surgery my husband bought a new mattress so I would be more comfortable in my recovery! Since then we bought a queen size for our guest room and now replaced our old King with this one !! I wouldn’t buy any other brand♥️♥️♥️
