[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far we have had our bed a few weeks. We love it. Its comfortable, not hot, and looks great. Our previous bed was a Sterns & Foster; I wanted a high end bed with amazing comfort and it was and lasted a very, very long time. When I got the previous mattress the warranty was 20 years I think, and when they took it away it was like new. There was no sagging, no marks (due to the mattress pads), nothing wrong - just time. We decided to give it a go again. We are very pleased with everything. Delivery was great and the delivery communication.

We love our Stearns & Foster Mattresses!! We purchased our first one in 2021-the Stearns Hurston Cushion Firm Queen. When it was time to replace another one of our Mattresses, in 2026, we went right back to the Stearns Estate Firm Tight Top and love it, as well!!! My husband has a bad back, and these mattresses give him the support he needs. We have two- one for our bedroom and one for our guest bedroom. We want our guests to sleep soundly and comfortably!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Lux Estate Pillow Top Medium mattress to replace a five-year-old Mail order foam mattress. We are very happy we did. Absolutely beautiful mattress and looked very well made. So nice looking hated to cover it with sheets. After one week we find it very very comfortable and are sleeping better on it than the old foam mattress. Seems much more comfortable and body shaping than the old mattress and sleeps cooler at night also. A very pleasant sleeping experience so far. Worth the money to get a superior mattress. Would recommend this mattress to anyone looking for quality. John L.

It's exactly how we'd hoped it would feel...and from the very first night. It's incredibly comfortable, yet, firm as we prefer. We're now sold on Stearns and Foster. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Estate lux medium pillow top was purchased because my lar magread was temperpedic and it was too soft. The quality is great on this mattress but the medium feels very firm I am hoping it breakers in before the 90 day trial is over.

We've been afraid to buy a new bed and not be satisfied with it so we've put it off all these years, but after sleeping on one of your beds, we decided to go ahead and order one. It's wonderful. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has negatively impacted my quality of life by giving me ongoing back pain, interrupted sleep and exhausted days. This mattress was not even 6 months old when it began to sag in the sections where we sleep, especially where my husband sleeps. When my husband would get into bed, I would roll downhill towards him. I never have back pain or back issues, but this mattress has consistently given me a sore back from sleeping on it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. When I called customer service, they said I had to file a warranty online and the service representative sounded frustrated that she even had to tell me this. Overall, such a disappointing and frustrating experience. We purchased this mattress after previously owning a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 10 years, which had held up wonderfully. My husband bought this current one for me as a birthday present after having my third baby, and I hate that it caused me more pain postpartum than anything else. The pain and discomfort now wake me up multiple times a night, so much so that I end up in my kids' bed. I would not recommend this company based on their rude customer service and process or this product; shop elsewhere.
