soo much better than i anticipated… i have many e-bikes from expensive to “cheap” and we take them vacationing…. many places are not set up for a “safe” adventure and riding…. these scooters are perfect (like at pigeon forge tn) areas where you encounter many “issues”… easy to see around while riding… easy to hop on and off… easy to walk with if needed (crowded areas or such)… just much much better…. ps, heavy person on hills gonna use that battery fast

Stop looking and buy it. I’m 6’2” and 230 pounds, zips around at 19mpg. Quality build, app is really nice, and easy to use. No regrets.

Fantastic. This scooter feels very well built and can go the speeds it advertises. Even with my weight being higher than the test weight for the specs. My son and I both thoroughly love riding this scooter. I even bought the seat attachment from segway for days I just want to scoot. Only thing that bothers me is its ease of theft. In this world I just take it inside places I ride to.

Excellent scooter. This is the same model as the F2 on Segway's website; the SE is just a unique naming for Sam's Club (Sam's Edition perhaps). It is Segway's most current line of mid-level scooters and is a better scooter than the F30 that's also available at Sam's for a higher price. The 10" tubeless pneumatic tires make for a pretty smooth ride especially when compared to scooters with solid 8.5" tires. The top speed of 30kph (18.6mph) is electronically limited. There is power to spare on flat ground. I'm 180lbs and the scooter can maintain 30kph on fairly decent inclines where other scooters I've had lose about 5kph. On downhills the scooter also limits itself to 30kph which is nice as other scooters I've tried would get pretty sketchy on downhills and you'd need to feather the brakes. The turn signals are also a nice addition and are quite bright at night.

After good success with Segway. I bought this. This unit is super fun to ride and great speed. Better model than the older option Sams is still selling for more. Turn signals and fast speed and it shows. Glad I picked this up for this summer and camping trips. Definitely recommend but not for young kids. 6'4" 250lbs fits great. Very fun to ride and my son rides his kids version Segway. Definitely one on the best brands in the business. Super high build quality It shows.

I bought this and shipped it to my son who is a college freshman. After using it for 2 weeks, he is very impressed and keeps telling me how awesome it is. He goes to CU Boulder where they strongly recommend freshman do not bring cars their freshman year. This scooter has been perfect for him since he doesn't have his truck on campus. My advice is spend a little extra on this scooter - you won't regret it.

Product seems well built with thoughtful features for safety and convenience. Fits tightly in the trunk of a small car when folded. Good battery life. Perfect for mid-range usage. Sam's Club website shows about half of the weight than it really is. Didn't show real order and shipping status. Arrived late. No store pick up option. Bought it at $20 cheaper than Segway site, but had to pay $20 for shipping. If you buy directly from Segway, you get more accurate product info, free shipping, and maybe better order processing at the same price.

I bought this scooter for my son in Dec of 2024. Worked great and he really enjoyed riding it. Then all of a sudden in Jan of 2026, 13 months after I bought it, it won't turn on. Great, and wouldn't you know warranty is only for 1 year. So I'm stuck with a $500 scooter that worked for exactly 1 year. You would think it would last longer. Now I have to pay to get it fixed. Ridiculous if you ask me. Could I have bought the extended warranty? Yes of course, but you can't tell me getting 1 year out of this scooter is ok. It wasn't abused or neglected. Just went to use it one day and it wouldn't power on. Do not recommend at all.
