The knife is sharp. It was much lighter weight than I would like. The blade curves away more than I expected which changes how I would typically slice.

This is a perfectly sized little knife for all sorts of cutting and dicing. I use it many times daily and love the light feel. It replaces the much larger chef’s knife I was using and a small serrated blade knife. Great addition to my collection!
