I use this knife all the time I have small hands and it fits me perfectly. I put up all my vegetables for cooking with it.

This is my new favorite knife. Its sharp, easy to hold, large enough to dice an onion - but not too large! I will grab this most often now.

Was trying to replace a knife from a very old set, where the tip had broken off the blade; this one had the most similar handle (no rivets). Very cheap knife; should have known better. We will use it, but it is not what I hoped it would be. Ordering on the internet can be deceiving.

Thank you love the knife and balance most the thin blade and single bevel from the edge to the spine. I've been buying swilling and wusthof from the 70s, i bought a wusthof too but it had a secondary apex bevel thinner blade which despite thinner didn't cut as well.

I love all my Zwilling Four Star knives and would love this one if it was what I ordered. The knife in the picture shows a straight edge knife with Zwilling %23 31093-140 and nowhere in the description does it state it is serrated, just the opposite. What I received was a Zwilling %23 31083-140 which is serrated. I will be returning since I don't care for nor do I need a serrated knife. I prefer a straight edge so I can sharpen them. I'm just very disappointed that the description does not match the product and I'm sure they do not have it in a straight edge. Also, just a side note, the Zwilling number on the box is different from either of the numbers on the knives! it is 31083-143. Someone dropped the ball on this one!
