Great value for this quality knife. Has quickly become my go to knife for any small or medium size job in the kitchen. Compares greatly with my wusthoff at a much lower peice point. Would definetly recommend.

The handle is much too small. It doesn’t seem to fit with the rest of the set. Blade shape and length are each well designed.

This prep knife is great! I like that for a small knife it’s very utilitarian. Chop, dice, and slice!

This is a great prep knife! It is nice and sharp and has a lighter weight molded handle with a comfortable grip!

I like the size of this 5.5" prep knife and use it to slice fruit and some vegetables. Good quality and cleans easily.
