This prep knife is a good inbetween size. It can be used as a paring/utility knife for something small, while the wider heel of blade allows for chopping something larger on the cutting board. Good weight with molded comfortable handle.

Great value for this quality knife. Has quickly become my go to knife for any small or medium size job in the kitchen. Compares greatly with my wusthoff at a much lower peice point. Would definetly recommend.
