Really nice mattress, I'd buy it again in a minute. Delivery guys were great, in and out in no time and they arrived early--nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a light sleeper and my husband tosses and turns, so with our prior mattress it was rough getting a good night sleep. We are so happy with the new split king lux estate adjustable mattress. It's soft but firm, and we love that we can put our head or feet up independently. Neither of us wakes up with back pain like we used to and most of all, my husband can move all he wants and it doesn't interrupt my sleep. The only thing I don't love about it is sometimes after adjusting each mattress, you have to push it back over a little to the center to push them together. I wish the mattress had a backing similar to a rug for no slipping against the frame so this doesn't happen. Even with that, still great purchase and experience for us! Easy to order online and the delivery guys were great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its definitely a different experience. Growing up, I did not have my own room and we all sleep together in one bed and mattress. Its a typical foam and not even a mattress to begin with. Given the opportunity to experience the product is an achievement unlocked. The quality and satisfaction it gives me when I wake up in the morning equates the value of it. It is an investment and worth the price I paid for. I do not usually buy expensive mattress but this one is worth it.

By far the absolute worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I ordered a Lux Estate PT Firm, based upon other reviews and the Stearns & Foster telephone sales reps recommendation. Everyone was saying that "even though it's designated "Firm-It's more like a medium". Well that couldn't be further from the truth. It is as hard as a rock. I've been trying to initiate a return/exchange for almost a month, and have gotten nothing but grief. The returns dept tells you one thing, the sales dept tells you another. I've after dozens of calls, and at least 12 hrs total spent communicating with reps from both departments. I still have not gotten any resolution. Meanwhile, my back is broken from sleeping on this slab of rock they call a bed. I couldn't be more miserable. NEVER AGAIN! Next step will be to call Wells Fargo and dispute the transaction.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lux Estate Firm Euro Pillowtop is everything I was hoping it would be- a very comfortable and very supportive sleep. I am falling asleep faster and waking up less frequently in the night. Best of all, I wake up feeling refreshed. It was pricier than other mattresses ilI considered but in the long run, it was worth the price. Very happy.

Purchased mattress about 2 1/2 years ago. It is now beginning to sag about an inch causing back pain while sleeping, but not enough for a warranty claim. For this price point, not worth the money. Will not purchase this brand again. They do not back the product.

We bought a new Stearns and Foster mattress because ours was over 10 years old. Just finishing knee surgery I really wasn’t able to sleep in the bed for about 4 weeks. Sleeping in it now but we find it comfortable but wonder if we should have gotten the softer mattress.

We love our Stearns & Foster Mattresses!! We purchased our first one in 2021-the Stearns Hurston Cushion Firm Queen. When it was time to replace another one of our Mattresses, in 2026, we went right back to the Stearns Estate Firm Tight Top and love it, as well!!! My husband has a bad back, and these mattresses give him the support he needs. We have two- one for our bedroom and one for our guest bedroom. We want our guests to sleep soundly and comfortably!!

We started having issues with this mattress within the first year. It quickly became saggy and developed noticeable sunken areas, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. Since sleeping on this mattress, I have also developed constant hip pain. Unfortunately, the warranty process has been frustrating. They require you to take specific measurements using a yardstick, which is not something most people have readily available. This was one of the most expensive mattresses we’ve ever purchased, and by far the worst. It is also incredibly heavy and difficult to move. I would not recommend Stearns & Foster. In our experience, the quality and comfort did not justify the price. Save your money and look elsewhere
