I enjoyed a S&F mattress for 22 years, and honestly, I felt that it still had some life left in it. Still comfortable and solid after all those years. I was moving to a new house and thought it was probably time to replace the old S&F mattress/boxspring. I ordered a new Queen Lux Estate Tight Top Medium and was delighted to learn that it did not need a boxspring - one less bulky item to move. I ordered the foundation platform with the mattress for support and to extend the life of the mattress. I expected the same quality and comfort from my new S&F mattress and have not been disappointed at all! The biggest take away from this new S&F purchase has been the witnessing of the consistent quality of the product from my initial purchase 22 years ago!

Have slept in our new mattress for over a month now and it is such an amazing upgrade from our previous mattress. The quality sleep we now get is wonderful. I'm sure it will get even better as it really begins to break in. Awesome mattress and well worth the money!!!

I have had a second hand Sterns & Foster before & loved it. That mattress was awesome for almost 20 years. Based on that alone, I wanted to replace with a new one. This one has been a dream! Soft but firm. Zero movement is felt from partner on other side. Stays cool and is absolutely beautiful; I hated to cover it with sheets.

This is the Mattress dreams are made of, best support and is extremely comfortable. I can sleep in one position and maybe roll over once! I have been sleeping on a Sterns and Foster over ten years mattress which had been becoming worn out also causing back pain so my wife convinced me to buy 2 Sterns and Foster mattress for her bed also over ten years same mattress. We both having great sleep and no pain.

Progressive edge sag has made sleeping very uncomfortable. Purchased in NH but now live in NY. Dealer in NH not interested in helping. On-line warranty process documentation requires photos that require taking the bed apart. I am 87 years old and cannot move a heavy mattress off the bed. Your product is a disappointing waste of a lot of money.

“White Glove Delivery” is a joke. We purchased this from Sam's specifically because of the stated White Glove Delivery service, which stated the delivery personnel would assemble the bed frame if it didn't require tools. The delivery men took the old mattress, left the broken bed frame, and said, “We don't do anything but pick up and drop off.” Do not purchase from Sam's. They do not live up to their agreement.
