WE bought the mattress December of 2022. I absolutely loved it, slept like a baby. Now in May 2023 I'm waking up to back pain again and this is why we bought a new bed. I feel like the mattress is softer than medium. We went with a Stearns and Foster because of their ratings and reveiws.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE PILLOW TOP!!!!! We have two body indentions in each side of the mattress where my husband and I sleep. Early on I had an inspection done for this reason and of course they said it wasn't bad enough to do anything about it. We rotate the mattress often but it doesn't help. When the grandchildren spend the night they remind us we have a lumpy bed. And every day, when I make up the bed it is a constant reminder of how bad it looks because you can see the indentions.

have owned a few S&F but this one hasn't lasted very long as far as sagging in the middle. I have to get a new mattress quickly as my back is hurting. If I sleep at a nice Hotel, I feel great and have no back pain. Sorry S&F, I paid allot or this mattress and expected it to last longer. the tag states Dina Pammill was the Master Craftsman made in Indiana and also has Eileen Leigh name on it along with the number 5691. My family has been buying Sterns & Foster for generations, Excellent Quality and last a long time.

So far no complaints. Have had it about a week and waking up with no arm or neck aches.

It is too firm , the only option is to purchase a medium mattress , then add a soft , medium or firm pillow top. We tried the medium pillow top and it was too soft , so we purchased the firm , but it really hard.
