So far so good. Would advise if you are cycling constantly, get a better higher dollar unit, but if only used occasionally or as backup; this is the unit'?.

Nice size and weight. Much lighter than generators rated the same. Very well built and has the fast charge feature. Charges faster then units of the same size.

Truly a product that lives up to its billing! Excellent build quality and works great. Does recharge very fast as claimed. For those of us living in Florida with the hurricane season, this unit will come in very handy.

There's been no need to use the unit so far and hopefully it will be my insurance policy against a blackout especially since a need Oxygen 24/7. Your website was perfect and delivery rapid.

I have tried two of the River2 and neither one powered a fan or a heating pad more than 5 minutes. I Don't recommend EcoFlow products, nor their cust srrvice

I have not had to use it yet, but it is all charged up and ready! I live in a hurricane prone area, and being a camper, I am sure it will be put to good use in the near future.

All works as expected, will be able to successfully boondock, and just ordered the solar panel and suction cups. Plugged in a 12 volt blanket, worked great and had an estmated reserve time of 19 hours! More to come.

Powered my full sized fridge for ten hours. It's light enough for just me to carry and seems super durable. I can't wait to try it out on a camping trip :-)

Kept food fresh in fridge/freezer while we were out of power due to a hurricane. We had to recharge it everyday by taking it to family house that had power. Quiet and lasted about 8 hours per charge. Performed as expected.
