Great generator, plenty of power. Can't beat the complete silence when its being used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the directions state, I plugged it in and charged it to full before using.

I was using this as a battery backup for a cable modem and VOIP phone system, so I was keeping it plugged in to the wall and then plugging my router and phone system in to it.  The total draw was right around 300 watts.  After one day of use like this, the AC side went completely dead and wouldn't turn on.  The DC side appeared to work, so to test it, I plugged an iPad and phone in to the fast charging ports.  It would start charging, then just quit.

I had one of these solar generators when Hurricane Ian Hit Lee county, Florida. Luckily, I keep it charged and used it to keep my refrigerator running, my cell phone charged, and my neighbor's cell phone charged. If you have sun, you can charge it and use it at the same time. I ordered this one to keep the lights on and a fan going.  I love them both.  They are g\charged and ready to go when and if I need it again. It is a feeling of security.  No searching for gas or diesel.
